A little preparation makes the demo far more useful. If you have them, send:
- Your current shift table (start, end, break times)
- One timesheet file and one payroll file from the most recent month
- A device list: brand, model, location
- Your pay policy, or a description of how allowances and overtime are calculated

We build a trial run on your numbers
Not sample data. You will see your own shift names, your own formulas and your own hours.
We sit down and point out the gaps
Including where the system calculates differently from how you do it today. If there is something we cannot do, you hear it in that session.

Yes. We stand up a separate environment with your data so your HR team can work in it before committing.
How is pricing determined?
It depends on headcount, number of sites, number of time clocks, the complexity of your pay policy and the deployment model you choose. We quote after discovery rather than publishing a generic price list that would not match reality.
Is there support after go-live?
Yes. Pay policy and labour regulations change over time, so formula adjustments and operational support are part of the service agreement.
